Get Started with Agile Telehealth →Not just living longer — living better for longer
Longevity medicine focuses on extending both lifespan and healthspan — the number of years you live with full function, vitality, and capacity. It integrates emerging science on cellular aging, metabolic health, hormonal optimization, and physical performance into a personalized approach to healthy aging.
At Curated PT, longevity isn’t a separate category — it’s the natural endpoint of everything we do. Physical therapy, strength training, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and NAD+ support all converge on the same goal: maintaining the highest possible function and vitality throughout a long life.
The difference is Dr. Suren’s ability to integrate these disciplines coherently — treating the body as a connected system, not a collection of isolated problems.
- Comprehensive longevity health assessment and biomarker review
- Functional movement and performance baseline testing
- Personalized physical therapy and strength programming
- Hormone optimization where clinically appropriate
- Peptide therapy protocols for recovery and tissue support
- NAD+ therapy for cellular energy and anti-aging
- Body composition tracking and progress benchmarking
- Ongoing protocol adjustments based on labs and performance data
- Long-term health and performance planning
An integrated system, not a collection of treatments
Movement & Structural Health
Physical therapy and strength training form the foundation. Maintaining movement quality, muscle mass, and structural integrity is the single most evidence-based longevity intervention available.
Hormonal Optimization
Restoring testosterone, estrogen, and other hormones to healthy levels preserves muscle, bone density, metabolism, cognitive function, and vitality as you age.
Cellular & Metabolic Health
NAD+ therapy, peptide protocols, and metabolic optimization work at the cellular level to maintain energy production, DNA repair, and inflammatory balance over time.
Performance Monitoring
Regular biomarker testing, body composition tracking, and functional performance benchmarking ensure that your longevity program is actually working — with data, not guesswork.

What is a longevity program and who is it for?
A longevity program is a personalized, comprehensive approach to maintaining and optimizing health, function, and vitality over time. It integrates physical therapy, strength training, hormonal optimization, cellular health therapies, and performance monitoring. It’s designed for active, health-conscious adults who want to invest proactively in their long-term wellbeing — not just treat problems when they arise.
How is Curated PT’s longevity approach different from a regular wellness clinic?
Most wellness clinics treat individual modalities in isolation — a hormone clinic prescribes TRT, a PT clinic treats pain, a supplement company sells NAD+. Dr. Suren’s background as both a DPT and CSCS allows him to integrate all of these disciplines into a coherent, personalized system that addresses the body as a whole — not a collection of separate issues.
What should I expect in the first appointment?
After a free discovery call, an initial comprehensive assessment covers your health history, current symptoms, goals, functional movement testing, and a review of any existing labs. From this, a personalized longevity protocol is designed — starting with the highest-priority interventions and building from there.
Do I need lab work before starting?
Comprehensive lab work is a cornerstone of the longevity program. If you have recent labs, we’ll review them. If not, we’ll coordinate appropriate testing to establish your baseline biomarker status before designing your protocol.
